RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENT:

Products can only be replaced if they are damaged, or the package is incomplete upon delivery.

TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS:

Customers must initiate the replacement process within 5 days of receiving their delivery.

PROOF REQUIREMENT:

A video of the unboxing and images showing the damage, or missing items are required to process a return or replacement.

CONDITION OF PRODUCTS:

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

INSPECTION PROCESS:

Once the product is received, our team will inspect the damage or missing element(s) before approving a replacement.

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENT:

Approved returns are eligible for replacement based on customer preference and product availability. We will process the replacement only after receiving all the returned items. If the customer prefers a refund, it will be credited to the original payment method, such as Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or UPI. For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer must provide their preferred payment method to receive the refund from the foundation. 

The Foundation will initiate the process within 2-4 working days after receiving all the required documents mentioned above.

SHIPPING COSTS:

If the return is approved, any shipping costs for replacement of the product will be reimbursed.

FINAL DECISION:

The decision to accept a return or replacement is at the sole discretion of our company based on the provided evidence.
